1. Order Processing Time
Our warehouse team will finish payment verification, goods inspection and packing arrangement within 1 to 5 business days after order confirmation. Order processing will be paused during New Zealand weekends and national public holidays. In the event of order surges and holiday shopping booms, order preparation may be postponed. We will send official email notifications once long-term delivery delays occur.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated based on parcel size, weight and shipping destination. All logistic fees will be shown explicitly on the checkout page before payment submission, without hidden charges.
We only launch standard international shipping for all bag orders, with an estimated delivery duration of 15 business days, subject to actual logistics operation.
The stated delivery time is not guaranteed. Actual delivery progress may be affected by logistics resource shortages, customs inspection progress, extreme climate, regional route adjustment and statutory holidays.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once our logistics partner collects your packaged parcels, our system will send a shipment confirmation email automatically, which contains exclusive parcel tracking codes and official tracking links.
All tracking data needs cross-platform synchronization. Shipment tracking status will be updated and available for inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch. If tracking information keeps blank, customers can contact our support team for artificial logistics verification.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers shall fill out precise recipient address, postal code and valid contact number during checkout, and verify all delivery information before paying orders.
Arlo White shall not take any responsibility for misdelivery, delivery failure or parcel loss caused by wrong or incomplete delivery information provided by buyers. If parcels are returned due to address errors, customers need to bear all reshipping fees independently.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your bag parcel cannot be tracked or goes missing during overseas transit, please submit a parcel tracing application to our customer service within 3 days after the expected delivery date.
Bags are vulnerable to extrusion and scratches during long-distance delivery. If you receive damaged, deformed or defective bag products, please shoot clear photos of damaged goods and intact outer packaging within 24 hours after receiving parcels. We will verify relevant evidence and settle after-sales problems reasonably.
6. Apparel Care and Usage Notice
Every bag is attached with material maintenance tips for leather, linen, nylon and synthetic fabrics. Customers shall follow the guidance for daily use, cleaning and storage. We will not be liable for product fading, deformation, cracking and surface damage caused by improper maintenance, private refitting and artificial destruction.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
We support global cross-border delivery for all bag commodities. Destination countries may levy import taxes, customs clearance service fees and other regulatory charges according to local trade policies.
All customs fees are borne by order recipients, and these extra expenses are not included in product price and shipping fees. We will not bear relevant liabilities for parcel detention and forced return caused by buyers’ failure to abide by local customs declaration rules.
